Lance attended Cal State San Bernardino on a basketball scholarship and graduated with a degree in Mathematics in 2003. After graduating he immediately went into the mortgage industry following in his brother's footsteps working for First Choice Funding Group until joining Guaranteed Rate in 2009. He has helped thousands of clients with home loans closing nearly $1B in business over the past 15 years. He now lives in Norco with his wife and 3 daughters.

With a vast knowledge of the industry, constant communication and understanding of the mortgage process he is able to simplify the mortgage experience for consumers. All of this has resulted in a large percentage of his business coming from referrals and repeat business.
